Who are Cheap Sports Tickets?
We are a ticket sourcing business who make a wide range of tickets available to sporting events worldwide. Our expertise in online technology and understanding of the logistics of the ticketing sector mean that we are able to offer hard-to-find tickets at short notice. We provide access to customer service 24/7, and strive to offer a premium, reliable service for our clients.
How do I receive my tickets?
When you click on the Select Ticket button the delivery options will appear on the subsequent page. You do not need to enter payment details before viewing the delivery options.
Tickets can frequently be delivered to your hotel or local address via a courier service on the day before the event. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick-up location on the day of the event. For events in Italy, collection at the stadium is the most common option. Full details will be provided with your purchase. Home delivery may also be possible at an additional fee.
What if I have not yet booked my hotel?
In this case, you are welcome to complete your purchase and forward the hotel details (including the exact name under which the hotel room is booked) to us up to one week prior to the event. Customer service representatives will liaise with you to ensure that this process has been completed and that all tickets are delivered as planned.
Should I inform the hotel about the arrival of the tickets?
Yes. It is important that your hotel is aware of an impending delivery and is prepared to receive and sign for it. For security reasons, do not disclose the nature of the delivery.
In what part of the venue will I be seated?
The various ticket categories and corresponding locations are specified before the purchase is completed. We provide as much information as we have available, such as Long Side, Short Side, seat map etc. We will always make the best available tickets available, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact seat. Please note that the majority of events to which we provide tickets are sold out.
If I purchase multiple tickets, can you guarantee that my party will sit together?
Unless otherwise stated, we are committed to offer tickets for seats in pairs, at the very least. We cannot guarantee that three or more seats will be located contiguously. However, if this is an absolute requirement, please contact Customer Service via phone or email to enquire about availability. It is very possible that we will be able to accommodate specific requests.
Can I contact you if I have any concerns?

What happens if the date or time of the event changes?
Our database is constantly updated. Where possible, and especially in relation to major league events where exact data and times may not be final at your time of purchase, we provide both the earliest and latest possibilities, to allow you to safely plan your trip.
Why are ticket prices generally higher than their face value?
Any such price difference reflects the costs we incur to obtain and process your tickets, such as maintaining a network of suppliers and representatives, purchasing season tickets, and maintaining our technology to constantly provide up-to-the-minute availability and information. We are also proud of our customer service! We strive to offer competitive ticket prices and to maintain our profit margins at a low level.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our cancellation policy is described in article 8.4 of the terms and conditions.
What is the process after I complete a ticket purchase?
You will receive an automated message explaining that your order is being processed. Within one working day you will receive another email containing all of the necessary information to ensure delivery of your tickets.
